In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

• "ajo69" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at https://ajo69.cam, operated under international gaming licenses.
• "Platform" means the ajo69 website, mobile-optimized web application, and any associated services, tools, or features made available to registered players.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the ajo69 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the individual user account created by a Player upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding locked bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet credit, or reward credit awarded to a Player's Account, which is subject to wagering requirements before it can be withdrawn.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager before Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x).
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required by ajo69 to confirm a Player's identity, age, and residency before processing withdrawal requests.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to the Platform is restricted by applicable law or by ajo69's internal compliance policy.
• "IDR / Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency used for all transactions on the Platform.

To be eligible to register and use ajo69, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age.
2. You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not expressly prohibited by applicable local law.
3. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
4. You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or placing bets.
5. You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of ajo69, or of any third-party supplier or service provider to ajo69.
6. You must not be self-excluded from ajo69 or any other gambling platform at the time of registration.
7. You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

ajo69 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to close any Account found to have been opened in breach of these eligibility conditions. Funds held in ineligible accounts may be forfeited and are not subject to withdrawal.

Each Player may hold only one registered Account on ajo69. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued identification document)
• Date of birth
• Valid email address
• Indonesian mobile phone number
• Residential address in Indonesia

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and login credentials. ajo69 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to adequately protect your account credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify ajo69 support immediately at [email protected].

ajo69 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

ajo69 applies Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in accordance with internationally recognized anti-money laundering (AML) standards. All Players must complete identity verification before their first withdrawal request is processed.

KYC verification requires the submission of:

• Primary ID document: A clear photograph or scan of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) showing both front and back, or a valid Indonesian passport.
• Proof of address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months, showing your name and residential address.
• Payment method verification: Confirmation that the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits and withdrawals belongs to you.

KYC verification is typically completed within 1 to 4 hours during business hours (WIB 09:00–21:00). ajo69 may request additional documentation at any time in connection with AML compliance obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days of the request may result in account suspension.

Deposits to your ajo69 Account may be made via the following payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, and GoPay. All deposits are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). ajo69 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 25,000 for e-wallet transactions. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. Bank transfers and e-wallet deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly, subject to the processing times of the sending institution.

By depositing funds, you confirm that:

• The funds are not derived from any illegal source or activity.
• You are the lawful owner of the payment method used.
• You are not depositing on behalf of a third party.

ajo69 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or hold any deposit that is suspected to be fraudulent, associated with money laundering activity, or in breach of these Terms. Deposits made in error may be refunded at ajo69's discretion, subject to verification.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted by verified Players at any time. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. There is no maximum daily withdrawal limit; however, ajo69 reserves the right to request additional verification for large withdrawal amounts as part of its AML obligations.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri: Average 15 minutes during business hours (WIB 09:00–21:00); up to 24 hours on weekends and Indonesian public holidays.
• CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon: Average 15 to 30 minutes during business hours; up to 24 hours on weekends.
• OVO, DANA, GoPay: Average 30 minutes, processed 7 days a week.

All withdrawal requests are processed to the same bank account or e-wallet that was used for deposits (the principle of payment method consistency). ajo69 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts held in a different name, or cryptocurrency wallets.

ajo69 does not guarantee withdrawal processing times and is not liable for delays caused by banking system maintenance, national public holidays, or circumstances beyond ajo69's reasonable control. These stated processing times are typical estimates, not contractual guarantees.

Only the real-money Balance is eligible for withdrawal. Bonus Funds that have not yet met the applicable Wagering Requirement cannot be withdrawn. Active bonus wagering requirements must be completed or forfeited before a withdrawal request can be processed.

ajo69 offers a range of bonuses, promotions, loyalty rewards, and other incentives. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published at the time the offer is made available. By claiming any bonus, you accept the specific terms applicable to that bonus in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

General conditions applicable to all bonuses include the following:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players aged 21 or over who have completed account registration. Some bonuses are restricted to new Players only (welcome bonuses); others are available to all active Players (reload bonuses, cashback, tournament prizes).
• Each Player may claim a specific bonus only once unless otherwise stated. Duplicate accounts used to claim multiple instances of the same bonus will be treated as bonus abuse.
• Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement. The applicable multiplier is stated on each individual offer. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus, which is typically 7 to 30 days from the date the bonus is credited.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live dealer and table games may contribute a lower percentage (e.g., 10%–20%). Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
• ajo69 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or reclaim any bonus at its sole discretion if it reasonably believes that the bonus is being misused, exploited, or obtained through fraudulent means.
• In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

ajo69 offers a range of gaming products including sports betting (covering BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, FIFA World Cup, and other major leagues), live dealer casino games, slots, togel (lottery) draws, and virtual game simulations. Each product category operates under its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the relevant game or betting section.

With respect to sports betting, the following general rules apply:

• All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation; changes after confirmation do not affect accepted bets.
• ajo69 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published due to a manifest error (e.g., grossly incorrect odds resulting from a data feed error).
• Asian handicap (voor bola) bets follow standard Asian handicap settlement rules. Ties or push outcomes on half-ball handicaps are settled by returning the stake.
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the bet to pay out. A voided selection is removed from the accumulator and the payout is recalculated on the remaining legs.
• Live in-play betting is subject to acceptance delays. ajo69 is not liable for bet rejections due to match data latency or connectivity issues on the Player's end.

All casino games, slots, and togel products use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) audited by independent testing laboratories. Theoretical Return to Player (RTP) figures are published within each game. RTP figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ajo69 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one Account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or exploit system vulnerabilities.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity.
• Exploiting software errors, system glitches, or pricing errors to generate artificial winnings.
• Communicating with or colluding with other Players to fix outcomes in live poker, live dealer games, or any other competitive gaming format.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of corrupt activity in connection with events offered on the ajo69 sportsbook.
• Attempting to access, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the ajo69 platform, its software, databases, or APIs.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal recreational gaming.

All content on the ajo69 Platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, game graphics, text, software, source code, user interface designs, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of ajo69 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. This license does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from ajo69.

The collection, storage, use, and disclosure of your personal data by ajo69 is governed by the ajo69 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By creating an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the data practices described therein.

ajo69 may use aggregated, anonymized data derived from your use of the Platform for internal analytics, product development, and operational improvement purposes, in a manner that does not identify you as an individual.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ajo69's total cumulative liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ajo69 shall not be liable for any of the following losses, whether direct or indirect:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated earnings from gambling activities.
• Loss of data or corruption of account information due to circumstances outside ajo69's reasonable control.
• Service interruptions, platform downtime, or inaccessibility due to scheduled maintenance, cyberattacks, force majeure events, or third-party infrastructure failures.
• Incorrect odds published due to data feed errors, where such errors are rectified and affected bets are voided in accordance with clause 8.
• Any loss arising from the Player's own failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes ajo69's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

ajo69 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as described in clause 9.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring account closure.
• The Account has been inactive (no login or transaction) for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting ajo69 support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be paid out to your verified payment method within 5 business days, provided there are no outstanding verification issues or pending investigations. Bonus Funds that have not met their Wagering Requirement are forfeited upon account closure.

Accounts closed due to breach of these Terms may result in forfeiture of all balances, including real-money Balance, at ajo69's discretion. ajo69 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of account suspension or termination for cause.

ajo69 operates under international gaming licenses issued by recognized regulatory authorities. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ajo69 holds its primary gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

Indonesian Players acknowledge and understand that online gambling may be subject to legal restrictions under Indonesian law. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing ajo69 is lawful in their specific location. ajo69 does not provide legal advice regarding the legality of online gambling in any particular jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall be construed as creating an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between ajo69 and any Player.

ajo69 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email notification to the registered email address or via a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the ajo69 Platform following the publication of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date of the amendment.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically to stay informed of any changes. ajo69 recommends that you review these Terms & Conditions at least once every three months.
